Cheesecake in a glass with Robiola and Darbo jam
150 g of plain biscuits
30 g butter at room temperature
2 packs Nonno Nanni Robiola and Darbo jam
250 ml cream
40 g icing sugar
A pinch of vanilla powder
La Robiola Nonno Nanni è un formaggio fresco dalla consistenza soffice e cremosa e dal sapore gradevole e intenso.
Blend the biscuits with the butter and spoon the mixture into 4 glasses.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar and vanilla powder.
Soften the Robiola with a fork.
Add the cream and mix well.
Spoon the cream mixture into the glasses.
Top with Darbo jam and place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
