Nonno Nanni Gnocchi with Walnut Sauce and Mushrooms
2 packages Nonno Nanni Gnocchi
1 jar ready-made Ligurian walnut sauce
250 g button mushrooms
bunch of parsley
salt and pepper
Nonno Nanni Potato Gnocchi have been created for those who love traditional flavours from the past.
Clean with button mushrooms and cut into thick slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until they are golden. Remove the mushrooms from the pan, pour in the walnut sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes. Cook the gnocchi in salted water; drain when they float to the surface. Transfer them to the pan with the walnut sauce, stir, top with the mushrooms and parsley.
