Pumpkin Gnocchi with Nonno Nanni Stracchino and Speck

Ingredients for 4 persons

1 kg pumpkin potato gnocchi
1 package Nonno Nanni Stracchino
4 slices speck
butter, as needed
sage leaves
coarse salt

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour

Method

In a non-stick pan, toast the slices of speck until crispy. Heat the butter and flavour it with a few fresh sage leaves. Cook the gnocchi in salted water; drain when they float to the surface. Dress them with melted butter, a few tablespoons of stracchino and the crumbled speck.
