Place the Nonno Nanni Cow’s Milk Caprino cheeses in a sealable container. Cover with chopped rosemary and crushed garlic. Drizzle the Caprino cheeses with mild extra virgin olive oil and seal the container to preserve the flavours. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. As soon as the cheeses are ready, remove from the oil, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with a couple of spoons of oil marinade.
