Nonno Nanni Stracchino with yogurt
A fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Open shortcut pastry, roll out and line it with a mold. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Smear pesto sauce on the bottom part of the dough, then add chunks of Nonno Nanni stracchino and scatter tomatoes to stuff the cake. Add salt and pepper and put inside a hot oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
