Truffles with powdered capers and chives
120 g of Stracchino Yogurt Nonno Nanni
1 piece of Certaldo onion
A few basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon Oregano La Nicchia
1 teaspoon of powdered Capers La Nicchia
A pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
A fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Finely chop the onion and add it to the cheese, oregano, powdered capers and the leaves of basil chopped by hand. Salt and pepper the mixture. Form small balls of the mixture and roll them in the chives.
