Bruschetta with Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
Thick-crust rustic bread
2 large courgettes
2 large carrots
A handful of cherry tomatoes
Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Slice bread and toast both sides. Using a potato peeler, cut courgettes and carrots into thin slices and place on the toasted bread slices.
Top with diced cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Finish the bruschetta with a spoonful of Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino and garnish with basil leaves.
