Fennel Sandwiches and Nonno Nanni Stracchino allo Yogurt
100 g of cooked ham
100 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino allo Yogurt

A fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Clean fennels and cut them into wide slices. Blanch them for 5 min. in lightly salted water, strain and dry them. Make many sandwiches by placing a slice of cooked ham and one of Nonno Nanni Stracchino allo Yogurt in between two slices of fennel. Flour them, first pass them into the beaten eggs with salt and pepper and then in the bread crumbs. Fry them in plenty of hot oil and serve them immediately.
