Nonno Nanni Ricotta is a delightful goodness, greatly appreciated in the creation of soft dessert.
Heat oven to 190 ° and butter a baking tray. Whisk the rest of the butter in a large bowl with 200 grams of brown sugar and Nonno Nanni Ricotta until getting a light mixture. Beat the egg alone and add it to the mixture. Sift flour and baking soda and add these ingredients as well.
Wash oranges well and get a spoonful of juice and one of zest from the first orange, combine the mixture, by stirring carefully.
