Fusilli pasta with Nonno Nanni Ricotta
320 g of fusilli pasta (or other type of short pasta)
125 g of Nonno Nanni Ricotta
salt and pepper to taste
Boil pasta in plenty of salted water. Mix ricotta with nutmeg inside a tureen, little salt and 4-5 tablespoons of pasta’s cooking water to form a cream. Strain pasta and add ricotta. Before serving, season with ground pepper and a drizzle of good quality olive oil.
