Potatoes filled with cherry tomatoes and Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
200 g Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
100 g cherry tomatoes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut the top end of the potatoes off and scoop out the flesh. Put the potatoes on a baking tray covered in baking parchment and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Stuff the potatoes with quartered tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then return to the oven for 5 minutes. Fill the potatoes with Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino and fresh basil.
