8 slices of speck
2 packages of Nonno Nanni Caprino
10 green chopped olives
50 g of chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Method
Mix Caprino cheese with chopped olives inside a bowl. Add a spoonful of prepared Caprino cheese on each slice of speck, roll them up until becoming rolls. Place on a dish, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
