Fusilli with Nonno Nanni Primosale and Verona radicchio
320 g of Fusilli pasta
100 g of diced raw smoked bacon
100 g of diced Nonno Nanni Golosetta
400 g of Verona radicchio
olive oil and salt to taste
Nonno Nanni Primosale is a fresh, delicate, firm cheese.
In a large non-stick frying pan, brown with a little extra-virgin olive oil, diced bacon. Slice radicchio finely, add to bacon and stew little by little with the cover. Cooking pasta slight and sauté it in a pan with parsley and diced Nonno Nanno Golosetta to give the dish an extra touch of flavor.
