Quinoa Salad with Strawberries and Primosale
200 g Nonno Nanni Primosale
200 g quinoa
olive oil, as needed
Nonno Nanni Primosale is a fresh, delicate, firm cheese.
Rinse the quinoa under running water to eliminate any impurities and to prevent a bitter aftertaste that may arise during cooking. Cook the quinoa in lightly salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain and drizzle with oil. Cut the cleaned strawberries and the Primosale into pieces.
Divide the quinoa into individual plates with the salad greens, strawberries and Primosale, dress the salad as you like and serve immediately.
