Lasagne with Lactose Free Robiola, Radicchio and Speck

4 packages Nonno Nanni Lactose Free Robiola
12 slices speck
1 head radicchio
olive oil, as needed
butter, as needed
Nonno Nanni Lactose Free Robiola is a fresh, tasty cheese designed to meet the needs of those who are lactose intolerant.
In a non-stick pan with a little bit of oil, wilt the radicchio, previously cut into strips. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lasagne for no more than half a minute. Butter a pan, place a layer of pasta on the bottom, cover it with 2 slices of speck, a few spoons of robiola and the wilted radicchio. Continue with the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Bake the lasagne for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
