Nastrini pasta with Probiotic Stracchino and Italian radicchio
320 g of nastrini pasta
200 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferment
1 small red onion
2 heads of Treviso radicchio
a little olive oil
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Boil salt water and cook the pasta. Meanwhile cook the chopped onion in little oil, add finely chopped radicchio and let it stew for a few minutes. Once the pasta is ready to be drained, add Nonno Nanni Probiotic Stracchino to sauce, let it melt a little, then combine the pasta and let it sauté until the Stracchino is completely melted. Serve hot.
