Pieces of toast with Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferment
8 slices of French bread (baguette)
a clove of garlic
100 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferment
100 g of cooked ham
30 g of butter
salt and pepper to taste
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Brown both sides of the bread on a grill, rub it with garlic and spread a little bit of butter. Brown some strips of ham in a non-stick frying pan, then pour beaten eggs, Nonno Nanni Stracchino with probiotic Ferment, salt and pepper. Cook a few minutes and then distribute the mixture on slices of bread. Serve immediately while it is still hot.
