Omelette with Nonno Nanni Stracchino
100 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino
50 g of butter
small cubes of toasted bread
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Beat eggs with a fork inside a bowl. Melt half the butter in a non-stick frying pan, pour half of the eggs when it sizzles and try to arrange them over the entire surface of the pot. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with grated parsley.
Once the surface is brown, smear half of Nonno Nanni Stracchino on one side of the omelette, add a few cubes of toasted bread, and close it as a book. Let it cook for another minute and serve.
Do the same with the remaining ingredients in order make another omelette. You can match it with fresh mixed salad.
