Nonno Nanni Probiotic Stracchino Sfoglie
150 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferment
1 knob of butter
a sprig of thyme
1 roll of puff pastry
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Slice the leek and let it brown on a low flame, with a little butter. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, add 150g of Stracchino with Nonno Nanni Probiotic Ferment, a little thyme, and sautéed leeks. Pour the mixture into small molds, line with puff pastry. Bake at a moderate temperature for about 25 minutes.
