Creamy Pennette pasta with Nonno Nanni Stracchino
320 g of pennette pasta
150 ml of whip cream
3 eggs, 250 g of Nonno Nanni Stracchino
50 g of grated parmesan cheese
40 g of flour
salt and nutmeg to taste
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Make plenty of salted water boil, add pennette pasta and cook slightly underdone. Strain and let pasta cool down. Heat oven to 180 °C. Blend cream, eggs inside a bowl and then add Nonno Nanni Stracchino, flour, flavor with salt and add nutmeg. Pour pasta into a baking tray greased with oil, add the just prepared mixture, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and cook au gratin in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
