Nonno Nanni Mascarpone Bowl
200 g of Nonno Nanni Mascarpone
cognac or rum
Nonno Nanni Mascarpone is a cheese with an unmistakeably velvety, creamy consistency.
Mix Nonno Nanni Mascarpone with egg yolks and sugar and add the liqueur you wish. Beat egg whites till stiff, mix the remaining ingredients and put mixture in bowls on the bottom of which you have placed some sponge fingers soaked in liqueur. Garnish with candied cherries and keep inside the refrigerator until time it is time to serve.
