Mini cheesecakes with Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile, wild herbs and salmon

Ingredients for 4 persons

400 g of Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile

130 g of brown bread

100 g of smoked salmon

Fresh marjoram leaves to taste

40 g of butter

Grated lime zest

Salt to taste

Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.

Method

Coarsely chop bread and add melted butter. Add lime zest and mix well.

Distribute the mixture into 4 small glass jars, pressing down with a spoon.

Refrigerate jars for 30 minutes.

 

Chop salmon and blend with Fresco Spalmabile. Mix well and add marjoram leaves. Spoon the cheese mixture in the jars and level with a spoon.

 

Before serving, decorate top of jars with thin strips of salmon, leaves of marjoram and lime zest.
