Sweet Toasts with Fresco Spalmabile, Blueberries and Raspberries
Ingredients for 2 persons
2 slices of five-grain bread
50 g raspberries
50 g blueberries
2 teaspoons acacia honey
1 package Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
1 sprig of mint
dark chocolate shavings
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Method
Lightly toast the bread slices until they are warm and crispy.
Spread a thin layer of honey evenly on the slice of toast as a base for the cheese. Spread a generous amount of creamy Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile and top with a delicious decoration of blueberries, raspberries and a few dark chocolate shavings.
Garnish the toasts with a couple mint leaves and serve.
