Cheese cream rice
2 Nonno Nanni Cheese Wedges, 300g of rice, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, 150g cooked ham, salt to taste
Nonno Nanni Formaggini are creamy with a delicate taste of stracchino and can be tasted any time of the day.
Melt the Nonno Nanni Cheese Wedges with milk in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon. Meanwhile, cook the rice in plenty of salted water, drain and season with the cheese cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour into a warmed serving dish, cover the surface of the rice with slices of ham cut into strips and serve immediately.
