Favola di Risotto
7 cups of rice
150 g Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino
1 thick slice of speck
1 glass of white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small knob of butter
1 stock cube
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour.
Cut the slices of speck into cubes (you need a sharp knife or, like us, dad who puts everything into cutting).
Turn on the gas, put a mum in front the stove, a tablespoon of oil in the pan, then add the speck and lightly fry.
The add the rice and toast it.
Add a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
Add the stock cube and water (this time we cook the risotto directly with a stock cube and water instead of adding the stock spoon by spoon).
Allow the risotto to cook, checking the water level, which should be neither too little nor too much: we do not want a rice soup or a baby mush with overcooked rice.
When the rice is cooked, one minute before turning off the gas, add the Nonno Nanni Fior di Stracchino whole and stir well so that it melts and binds with the other ingredients to produce a delicate texture.
Finally, serve and add a small knob of butter to each dish.
Serve hot, seated at the table and enjoy it, between a laugh and a chat ...
