Flavoured conchiglie (shell-shaped pasta) and Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
320 g of conchiglie (or other types of short pasta)
7-8 leaves of basil
1 sprig of rosemary
2-3 sage leaves
1 little bunch of parsley
olive oil to taste
150 g of Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
50 g of grated parmesan cheese salt and pepper.
Nonno Nanni Squaquerello is a fresh, distinctly flavoured soft cheese.
Weed aromas, chop finely and brown in a frying pan, on a medium flame and with little oil for seasoning. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water, strain and set in a bowl. Mix pasta by adding the compound of aromas, Nonno Nanni Squaquerello and grated Parmesan cheese. Flavour by mixing well and serve hot.
