Amaretto Biscuits with Fresco Spalmabile and Hazelnut Pieces
20 amaretto biscuits
50 g Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
20 g icing sugar
20 g hazelnut pieces
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Add the Fresco Spalmabile to the icing sugar and mix very well. Spread the cream on each amaretto biscuit and top with another amaretto biscuit.
Press the edges with the Fresco Spalmabile on the hazelnut pieces so they stick to the cream.
Tip: you can continue this way or spread a little Fresco Spalmabile on each amaretto biscuit and add the hazelnut pieces.
If you want to add extra flavour to your biscuits, you can dip them quickly in coffee.
