Baked Stuffed Meatballs roasted with crispy potatoes
300 g ground adult beef
100 g ground pork
1 handful of flour
1 pack of Fresco Spalmabile Nonno Nanni
600 g of potatoes
1 bunch of rosemary and sage
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
In a bowl, mix the two minced meat for at least two times, the egg, a pinch of salt and nutmeg, mix well and form the meatballs with the palm of your hand. Press a bit of the mixture on the palms of your hand, place a heaping tablespoon of Nonno Nanni on this and close with other meat, roll in flour and arrange on a plate. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small chunks. Add the potatoes with the meatballs to a non-stick baking sheet lined with parchment paper; add salt, chopped rosemary and sage, sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 30/40 minutes
in a hot oven at 180 degrees, turning the meatballs occasionally. Fragrant and delicious, these meatballs are great for adults and children and bring a smile to the table.
