Melon Carpaccio with Fresco Spalmabile and Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon sugar
1 package Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
250 g blackberries, blueberries and raspberries
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Cut the melon into very thin strips, sprinkle with a little lime juice.
Arrange the melon on individual plates.
Whip the Fresco Spalmabile with the sugar and grated lime zest.
Serve the carpaccio with a spoon of cheese, a handful of mixed berries and a few mint leaves.
