Salmon Rolls with Fresco Spalmabile
6-8 slices smoked salmon
1 package Fresco Spalmabile
extra virgin olive oil, as needed
salt to taste
balsamic vinegar, as needed
rocket or parsley
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Put the Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and a drop of oil and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Put the smoked salmon slices on a cutting board and, using tweezers, take a slice and spread it out so you can fill it.
Tip: it's best to open and prepare the salmon a half hour ahead to let it breathe
Add the previously prepared Fresco Spalmabile to the middle of the salmon slice. Roll it up and a close it; arrange on a plate.
Repeat the process with the other slices.
Garnish the plate with rocket or parsley and a drop of balsamic vinegar.
