Forest fruit cups with Colomba cake and Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile

1 x 500 g Colomba cake
Fresh forest fruits
50 g icing sugar
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Cut the Colomba cake into cubes.
Place the Fresco Spalmabile and icing sugar in a bowl. Whisk carefully.
Then add the vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Take the cups and begin layering, placing fresh raspberries on the bottom, then a few large spoonfuls of the Fresco Spalmabile cream mixture. Top with cubes of Colomba cake, then add a second layer of cream mixture.
Add various kinds of forest fruits.
