Pancakes with Fresco Spalmabile and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 persons

100 g flour
120 ml milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
Butter for the pan
200 g Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
Sun-dried tomatoes

This is how they're made:

In a bowl, add the egg, salt and milk and beat them together. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and continue beating until you have a homogeneous mixture. 

Use a small frying pan and melt a pat of butter. Pour in a ladle of the mixture and cook for a couple minutes on each side.

When the pancakes are done, let them cool and add plenty of Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile.

Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
