French Toast with Fresco Spalmabile and Dried Fruit
4 slices brioche
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons milk
1 package Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
2 handfuls mixed dried fruit: walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, almonds
2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup
butter, as needed
1 tablespoon cane sugar
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Crack the eggs, and beat them with the milk, cane sugar and cinnamon.
Melt the butter in a pan and toast the brioche slices until they are golden and crispy.
Spread plenty of cheese on the bread slices, decorate with lots of dried fruit and honey (or any other sauce you like)
Serve the French toast with orange juice and fresh fruit.
