Tiramisù with Fresco Spalmabile and Mixed Berries
4 glass jars
2 packages Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile
1-2 tablespoons sugar
whipped cream (canned) or 200 ml whipping cream
100 g blueberries
200 g wild strawberries
4-6 lady fingers
Nonno Nanni Fresco Spalmabile is a fresh, soft and spreadable cheese, with a lively but delicate flavour.
Wash and dry the berries.
Mix 100 g of wild strawberries, cut up into pieces, with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
Mix the Fresco Spalmabile with the sugar and whipped cream. Break the lady fingers into pieces and mix them with the cut up strawberries.
Put a spoon of cheese in each jar, then a spoon of blueberries, then the lady fingers and strawberries and finally a generous second helping of Fresco Spalmabile.
Top the dessert with more fruit.
