Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Chop capers finely and mix them with Nonno Nanni Robiola, mayonnaise and milk. Put a bowl in the center of a dish, pour the mixture in it and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange the vegetables you prefer around it (bell peppers, carrots, celery, ...) and cut them into sticks so they can be dipped in the cream.
