Salmon Hamburger with Nonno Nanni Robiola
600 g of fresh salmon fillet
200 g of onion
100 g of Nonno Nanni Robiola
50 g of pine nuts
extra virgin olive oil
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Chop salmon fillet grossly; season with oil, lemon, salt, pepper, then prepare four square or round burgers. Slice onion not too finely and let it brown in a little olive oil, a tablespoon of sugar, 2 of soy sauce and half of mustard. Mix well: its consistency must be almost like a mixture. Cut pine nuts into small pieces and mix them with Nonno Nanni Robiola.
Fry hamburger with a drizzle of hot oil, then compose each dish with a hamburger, onion compote and a spoonful of Nonno Nanni Robiola.
