Mixed salad with baby onions, sage, Robiola and balsamic vinegar
mixed salad (radicchio, iceberg, endive)
15 pickled onions
3.5 oz of Nonno Nanni Robiola
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsps of olive oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
5 sage leaves
1 bunch of spring onion sprouts
freshly ground pepper
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Method
Take a large bowl and break the lettuce leaves in it, after washing and clean them.
Make a dressing sauce by combining in a bowl the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, pepper and 2 tablespoons of water. Beat with a fork. Add to the salad the pickled onions, spring onion sprouts, chopped sage and the dressing sauce made earlier. Mix with two spoons, place on a platter with Nonno Nanni Robiola on the side and a drizzle of olive oil on top.
