Mini Pyramids with Rocket and Robiola
Ingredients for 4 persons
150 g flour
half a packet pie yeast
1 small egg
150 ml milk
100 g Nonno Nanni Robiola
rocket, as needed
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
zest of half an organic lemon
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Method
Wash and dry the rocket, chop coarsely and mix with the flour, yeast, chopped hazelnuts, grated lemon zest, salt and pepper. Add the milk and egg and stir together, mix in the Nonno Nanni Robiola and transfer to a mult-serving mould. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C. Take it out of the oven, let it cool and serve with a rocket salad dressed with oil, salt, pepper and lemon, and cold cuts.
