Bucatini pasta with Nonno Nanni Robiola
Ingredients for 4 persons
400 g of bucatini pasta
200 g of Nonno Nanni Robiola
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
chilli peppers
1/2 glass of olive oil
1 pinch of table salt
1 bunch of parsley
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Method
In a non-stick frying pan, let a clove of garlic brown with little oil and then take it out. Inside a bowl mix Robiola, finely chopped chilli peppers, a pinch of salt, olive oil flavored with garlic and parsley. Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of water cooking with the pasta to obtain a smooth cream. Cook bucatini pasta slightly underdone, and once they are strained dress with the obtained cream. Serve quickly.
