extra virgin olive oil
Nonno Nanni Robiola
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Dry finely chopped onions with olive oil on low flame in a saucepan. When they begin to brown, add cannellini beans. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes, by also adding a glass of water.
Serve the piping hot soup in bowls or transparent cups. Add a tablespoon of Nonno Nanni robiola which will melt in a loving embrace thanks to the contact with heat and finish with fresh ground pepper.
