Simple Rigatoni pasta with Nonno Nanni Robiola
Ingredients for 4 persons
320 g of rigatoni
200 g of Nonno Nanni Robiola
80 g of Parmesan cheese
olive oil
some cherry tomatoes
half a small onion
salt and pepper to taste
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Method
Fry a finely cut onion with oil inside a pan, add diced cherry tomatoes, flavour with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes. Cook rigatoni pasta in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, mix Nonno Nanni Robiola with grated Parmesan cheese in a hot oven-proof dish. Strain the rigatonis and pour into oven-proof dish while adding the sauce and mix delicately to flavor it. Serve quickly.
