Mini quiche with melting cheese heart
Roll of puff pastry
100 g Asiago cheese or other solid cheese for cooking
100 grams of soft cheese Nonno Nanni
A dash of cream
2 eggs and 2 egg whites
Salt
Pepper
Nonno Nanni Robiola is a fresh cheese that is extremely easy to spread and has an intense, pleasant taste.
Method
Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Unroll the pastry and cut into circles using a pasta bowl, 12 cm in diameter and lining the small aluminium moulds to the edge. Trim the excess dough and prepare the filling.
In a bowl beat the eggs thoroughly with salt and pepper. Then add the soft cheese softened in milk and mix well. Into molds lined with pastry, add the cheese cut into small cubes and liquid filling and bake for about 10 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, take out of the mold quickly and serve. Serve immediately so the heart remains soft!
