Fennels with Stracchino cheese
250 gr. Nonno Nanni Yoghurt Stracchino
200 ml of double cream
pepper and salt to taste
extra-virgin olive oil
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Wash the fennel and cut them into strips. Pour a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and let the fennels braise for 5-6 minutes, then add the Nonno Nanni Yoghurt Stracchino and cream. Finish cooking for about 10 minutes and serve the steaming hot fennels with a sprinkle of black pepper.
