Puff pastry with Stracchino, eggs and zucchini flowers

Ingredients for 4 persons

2 sheets of puff pastry
4 whole eggs
250 grams of Nonno Nanni Stracchino cheese
400 g zucchini flowers
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Wash the zucchini flowers, sauté a few minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (you can also add chopped onion, I did not put because not everyone likes onion). In a large bowl add the zucchini flowers, Nonno Nanni Stracchino and mix with a spoon. Add one whole egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. In a baking dish that can be opened sideways, place the first roll of puff pastry. Pour the cheese and zucchini flowers on the pastry. With the help of a spoon, create 3 holes in the mix where you will place the whole eggs. At this point, close with the 2nd roll of puff pastry. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. The egg will cook in the puff pastry and the lucky ones will find a hard-boiled egg in their slice.
