100g cooked ham, cut into strips
3 Medium eggs

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Preheat the oven to 200 ° with fan and prepare a ceramic rectangular baking dish. Lay the dough on parchment paper and prick it all over with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the eggs with salt, pepper and ham. Cover the bottom with slices of cheese and pour over the eggs with ham.
Fold the edges and bake for about 20 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from oven and wait about fifteen minutes before cutting and eating.
