Stracchino and béchamel lasagna
250 gr of thin egg pasta sheets
250 gr of Nonno Nanni Stracchino
500 ml of béchamel
100 gr of grated parmesan
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Start by lightly greasing a tray with a little oil; then spread a layer of the pasta sheets and sprinkle shredded Stracchino and béchamel over them. Repeat the process, spreading additional layers of pasta sheets and covering the top layer with béchamel and grated parmesan. Bake in an oven at 180° for about 30 minutes, until the lasagne has a nice golden colour: serve piping hot!
