Spaghetti with Nonno Nanni Squaquerello, olives and rocket

Nonno Nanni Squaquerello
Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour
Bring to the boil a pot of salted water to cook the spaghetti in. Meanwhile wash the rocket, dry it thoroughly and cut into small pieces.
Once ready, drain the pasta and put it back in the pot adding about 3 teaspoons of olive paste, the rocket and 4 teaspoons of Nonno Nanni Squaquerello, stir with a fork to mix well and serve.
In each dish add part of the same ingredients on top, the effect of the cheese melting on the hot pasta is delicious! The spaghetti with Squaquerello, olives and rocket are ready, enjoy!
