Puff pastry tarts with Stracchino and mushrooms

Ingredients for 5 persons

1 roll of puff pastry
400 g Nonno Nanni Stracchino
200 g poplar mushrooms
Parsley
Oil
Garlic
Salt and pepper
5 slices of speck

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour

Method

Lightly fry the garlic in a frying pan, add the mushrooms, already cleaned and washed, salt and pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. The mushrooms should be cooked but beautifully crispy. Mix with a little chopped parsley. Roll out the puff pastry and, with the help of a pastry cutter, a glass or any else useful for the purpose, make 5 discs of medium size to be placed inside the same number of moulds for tarts. Put a layer of stracchino on the pastry, a few spoonfuls of mushrooms and bake at 200 oC for 15 minutes. Serve the tarts warm, decorated with speck in the form of a rose. Enjoy your meal!
