Penne with Prosciutto and Rocket

Ingredients for 2 persons

150 g penne
2 slices prosciutto
rocket, as needed
Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferments
salt

Nonno Nanni Stracchino is a fresh, soft cheese with a unique flavour

Method

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Wash the rocket separately and cut into small pieces. Do the same with the prosciutto (obviously without washing it first).

Cut the Nonno Nanni Stracchino with Probiotic Ferments into cubes, which is obviously a bit soft but doing this will help with scattering it in the pasta to make it creamy.

Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer to a pot with the sauce ingredients.

Toss quickly, serve and enjoy this dish of penne with prosciutto and rocket, so creamy because of the Stracchino!
